SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description
ColorHub offers an SMS messaging program to keep our customers informed about their orders. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from ColorHub at the phone number you provide.
2. Message Types
You may receive the following types of messages:

| Production Alert | Schedule changes or items needing attention | "Action needed: Your order #12345 is on hold pending proof approval." |
| Account Notice | Invoice reminders and account info | "Reminder: Invoice #INV-1234 for $2,500.00 is due in 5 days." |
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month. You will not receive marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
4. Opt-In
You opt in to receive SMS messages when you provide your phone number through one of the following methods:
- Signing a quote request or order confirmation that includes SMS consent language
- Providing your phone number to a ColorHub representative with verbal or written consent
- Submitting your phone number through our website
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5. Opt-Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:
- STOP
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from ColorHub SMS notifications. Reply START to re-subscribe." No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
6. Opt Back In
To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to any previous message from ColorHub.
7. Help
For assistance, reply HELP to any message from ColorHub. You will receive: "ColorHub SMS Help: Order updates & notifications. Reply STOP to opt out. For support call (616) 333-4411 or email info@colorhub.io."

8. Costs
ColorHub does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Check your mobile plan for details. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.
9. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy
Your phone number and SMS messaging data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Our SMS service provider (Twilio) processes messages on our behalf under strict confidentiality. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer
SMS messaging is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, text messages are not a substitute for official order documentation. ColorHub is not responsible for delays caused by carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or service interruptions beyond our control.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via text message or posted on this page with an updated effective date.
